Rates and Policies
Our Rates are currently $95 – $125 per room based on double occupancy. An extra twin bed is available for $25 per night. As always a full breakfast is included with and overnight stay.Check in time is 3 PM.
Check out time is 11 AM.
We ask for a deposit of one night per room rented. Deposits will be returned with a 14 day notification, otherwise only if the room can be re-rented.
The Birds Nest is a non-smoking facility, however our screened back porch is available for smoking guests.
Children over 10 are welcome, but, due to artwork & collectables on display, children must be under supervision of an adult at all times.
No Pets please. We have a sweet little dog Heimie who would be very happy to meet you
